WILDS

This week I’m going to the WILDS, a Christian camp in North Carolina, about an hour and a half away. I’m really looking forward to it, and when I get back, I write another post about it, and hopefully get Dad to show me how to post pics. I also get to see Anthony who is on staff at the Wilds this summer. Some of the main features at the Wilds are the giant swing (which is exactly what it sounds like, and I’m NOT going on it!) and the blob, a pillow looking thing in the water where a person jumps on one end of it from a tower, moving the air in it to the other side, and bouncing the person who is sitting at the other end off into the water. I’ll make sure I take a picture of that so it will make more sense. My favorite thing is the land trolley, a contraption where they hook you on to a cable, and you swing down from a tower onto flat ground. That is really fun, and I did it over and over last time I was there. I’m leaving tomorrow and will get back on Saturday morning.
